Internationally renowned, Gabriel Gaté to his accolade is a cookbook author, a television presenter, newspaper and magazine columnist, speaker and cookery teacher.
Gabriel was born in the Loire Valley of France in 1955. Whilst assisting his father grow fruit and vegetables, and make wine from the small family vineyard, Gabriel also learned cooking from his grandmother. Today, Gabriel shares his experience and joy for cooking with a range of self titled cookware. His style is honest, healthy and minimum fuss. Quick and easy meals can be made using his cookware and his recipes.
