I love these pans!
I love these pans. This is my second set because my first ones were put in the dishwasher, by someone who didn’t realise that they weren’t dishwasher safe, which ruined the non-stick surface. Worth spending the money to replace them because they are so good. I think my new set are a little lighter than my first set, but they still are wonderful to cook with.

coating peels off and company will not replace. bad quality
if you like the coating getting into what you cook you will like. handle is rubber and pan turns when holding it.

Skillets Add to Cooking Enjoyment and Experience
I received these skillets to use and provide a review. I was initially pleased with the look and feel of the skillets. They are easy to hold and balanced. The small one 10 in. is perfect for single/double meal portions and sauteing. The finish is amazing and easy to clean. In fact, I usually wipe clean with a paper towel and then simply rinse in a light soapy water. After a few uses, the pans have retained their coating and do not show any discoloration on the bottom sides. In cooking, the pans heat evenly and provide adequate cooking surface for the food. I prepared fried eggs and omelets, sauteed onions and vegetables, and single cuts of meat and meat patties. Everything cooked up well and without hot spots. My favorite was sauteed almond slices that I used in a combination salad. Yummy! Among other meals, I also used the large 12.75 in. skillet to prepare a favorite of mine. I call it garlic shrimp scampi lemon pepper linguini combo. I prepared the linguini separately and then cooked the shrimp large skillet sauteing to 3/4 done. I removed them and set aside. I drained the cooked linguini and sauteed the noodles in the skillet adding lemon pepper and other ingredients. I removed the noodles to its cooking pot and melted butter, garlic, and spices to the skillet heating the mixture to high without burning. I replaced the shrimp and finished cooking. The noodles were then mixed in the skillet with the shrimp and tossed. Then served piping hot. The skillets performed perfectly and the clean up was a breeze. These skillets exceed my expectations and I foresee using them for many years to come. These skillets have out performed previous cookware, albeit the prior cookware was not of the same quality. I would definitely purchase these pans and others in this line in the future. This combination is surely one that is needed in not only the occasional cook but the more experienced home chef. Great experience so far!
I received this set to test and provide a review. We use a skillet nearly daily in our house so we tend to go through them and I've used many brands. I never, never put skillets in the dishwasher and this one is no exception. I have only used these 3 times so far but I did cook eggs in each of them and you know how eggs can be a real pain to clean up even with a nonstick pan. Not so with these pans! The first day I made an omelet. I wasn't even trying to make an omelet but this cooked so evenly and flipped so easily that I did. Clean up was quick with one wipe of the pan. I really like the depth of these pans because you can do much more with them than with a typically flatter skillet. I made stir-fry in the larger one. Anyway, they look very nice, cook great and clean up is a breeze. What's not to like? I see other reviewers reported chipping so I will update this after further use.

I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN
Purchased about a year ago. The bottoms of both pans have been slowly warping. The larger pan is now so bad that only the very center connects to the flat top stove now. They both rock back and forth on the stove and cook very unevenly.

I absolutely love these skillets. These are so much better than anything i have ever used. They are truly non stick. I've had your regular run of the mill teflon as well as a really expensive ceramic skillets and neither can compare to these. No matter what kind of skillet I use I still always have to use a ton of grease when frying an egg for an example. Well I was able to fry eggs over easy with less than a teaspoon of grease and french toast and pancakes without a drop. I wish I had known about these years ago! I would most definitely buy these again,and most definitely going to start replacing all my pots and pans with Anolon nonstick.

I would buy this
I was in need of pans as my current ones are getting old. I liked these alot. Very easy to clean which was awesome. My old ones I have to scrub and soak. Food cooked great. I would definitely buy these. The only thing I will say negative is I wish it has a cover to place over the pan when cooking. Overall i like it alot tho!
