inadequate description
The product was in first class condition, however the goods description (Knob assembly modified) didn't explain what the modification was eg no location lug.
I wanted knobs with lugs so I have purchased the wrong ones.
also the photo failed to show the modification

Available decades later
I bought my Raco saucepan set over 40 years ago and am still very happy with them. I am pleased that knobs and handles are still available so many decades later. However, postage is as much as the item!

I have owned Raco saucepans for over 40 years and during that time I had lids replaced by David jones. I also ordered knobs when this offer was no longer available.. unfortunately when I got the knobs I was not successful in making them do the job they used to. I now need more and would like to go somewhere that offers knobs fitted .

Excellent service from Raco for an old product.
Excellent spare parts service. My saucepan/steamer is about 30 years old, in very good condition. It just needed a new knob on the lid. I was delighted that I could so quickly & easily replace the knob. Thank you.
