Warning for induction cooktops
We purchased all new Per Domani cookware to go with our new Miele induction cooktop. None of the cookware will work on the larger element. We had a Miele technician to check the cooktop. They confirmed the cookware does not have enough metal to work on the element. Very disappointed considering it is advertised as specific for induction cooktops.

Failed Coating on the 32cm deep pan with lid
I am a single dad who purchased this pan about 18 months ago expecting it to be a lifetime item. I love it and use it most days. Unfortunately the coating has given way. It has peeled off in small areas in a segment of the pan. I never use steel implements only plastic or wood. I don't use harsh chemicals or scouring and look after my pans. It has never been in the oven and is used over gas flame only. I use it for risotto, chicken, meats and rice dishes. I was so disappointed when I noticed the coating coming away.

Great Quality & Worth It
I’m obsessed! It’s hands down THE best pan I have ever bought. I cook in it every single day, it’s lightweight, cooks the food evenly and to perfection & is also non stick. I have a matching saucepan with it as well and will be adding many more to this collection.

Fantastic all rounder!
I have been using this deep skillet for a few months now and I use it for almost everything!
Its great for a spag bol sauce, doing curries in it or even a casserole on the stovetop to brown first and then finish it in the oven! I love that it comes with a lid too :)

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SKILLET TO COOK WITH
I have used a few of the different pieces in the Per Domani range and this Deep Skillet is fantastic. It heated within literally minutes and then when I turned it down to a medium-low heat, it cooked my spag sauce beautifully in less time than I have found with my other Stainless Steel cookware. Clean up was so easy & quick. Would highly recommend. Beautiful product
