Engineered with 1.5mm of pure copper bonded directly to stainless steel, this unique 2-ply construction delivers unmatched heat responsiveness, precise temperature control, and exceptional durability.

Folding a ricotta frittata, searing scallops or finishing a delicate pan sauce, this skillet heats and cools instantly so you stay in control. Uniquely designed sidewalls give around 20% more cooking surface than comparable skillets. Unlike traditional copper, the super-fine satin stainless steel interior is non-reactive, resists staining and never needs re-tinning.
