Engineered with 1.5mm of pure copper bonded directly to stainless steel, this unique 2-ply construction delivers unmatched heat responsiveness, precise temperature control, and exceptional durability.

Big enough for two portions of protein with room to move, this skillet responds the moment you adjust the heat. Uniquely designed sidewalls give around 20% more cooking surface than comparable skillets. Unlike traditional copper, the super-fine satin stainless steel interior is non-reactive, resists staining and never needs re-tinning.
